We are a small agency with a big mission. Around 80 people currently work at the Agency in a variety of professions. These include lawyers, investigators, analysts, administrators and communicators who work daily to protect Sweden against malign information influence and strengthen psychological defence.

Job vacancies

Below are all of our current job vacancies. We do not recruit on the basis of spontaneous applications, but refer to the vacancies posted here.

The positions are security-classified, and we perform security clearance with record checks in accordance with the provisions of the Protective Security Act. For most positions with us, you need to be a Swedish citizen.

Your application will become a public record

As a government agency, we are subject to the principle of public access to information. This means that if someone requests copies of, for example, application documents, we are obliged to release them.

Appeal against appointment decisions

In public-sector operations, applicants can appeal an appointment decision.

An appeal must have been received by the Agency within three weeks of the date on which the decision was posted on Psychological Defence Agency’s public bulletin board. In the appeal, state the appointment decision you wish to appeal, the reference number of the recruitment case and the grounds for the appeal.

If you wish to appeal an appointment decision, please contact us by letter or e-mail. The Psychological Defence Agency then sends the appeal to the National Board of Appeal, which processes the case.
